If you live in a terraced house or block of flats, report the fault to your building manager.

Check the power outage map for possible power outages. The map also shows the estimated repair times.

You don’t need to report power outages that are already reported, unless you have more information from the location.

If the brightness of the lights fluctuates, especially when turning on or off electrical devices that consume a lot of power, it may be a sign of a “neutral fault”.

In the worst case, neutral faults can be LIFE-THREATENING!

Switch off the electricity at the main switch. Note! The metal frame of the main distribution board may be live, so do not touch it with bare hands. Instead, use, for example, leather gloves or something else that does not conduct electricity. More information can be found here.
