Our online service gives you information on your energy consumption up to an accuracy of 15 minutes
As our customer, you can monitor your energy consumption in our online service. Log in to the service at the top of this page. The service shows your energy consumption to an accuracy of up to 15 minutes, and you can compare consumption graphs with your consumption a year or a month ago, for example. You can see the details of all your places of use and your received bills, for instance.
Use the app to report a fault, monitor consumption, and view sent invoices
If you prefer to carry this information in your pocket, you should use our group’s mobile app. In the Vaasan Sähkö app, you can find your home consumption data, bills, and other customer information. There, you can also easily send us a fault report.
Fingrid’s Datahub customer portal provides data in a machine-readable format
The consumption and production metering data collected from the electricity meter can be found in a machine-readable and easily editable standard data format on the Datahub customer portal of the grid operator Fingrid at oma.datahub.fi.
